Gin may not be the answer for perfect tazettas, but one
thing I have learned is that there are many more interesting varieties
available than what we see at the garden center every holiday season. These
(above) are Erlicheer, which I got from Old House Gardens. Read more about them

Elizabeth Licata has been a regular writer for  Garden Rant since 2007, after contributing a guest rant about the overuse of American flags in front gardens.
