I am so happy to read that you aren't a great planner. I always feel guilty when I read about all the planning. My plans usually go by the wayside when the real creative urge strikes.

wow, look at the blooms on that thing. The color is amazing. If that doesn't usher in spring, I don't know what will.

It's been blooming for months? And here we midwestern gardeners have been obsessing over tiny crocuses and snowdrops and buds that might be blooms, while that rhodo has been flashing neon on the west coast.
