Good luck, Paul!
From one of your rules...I've heard the phrase "Je n'ai plus faim" – "I have no more hunger" - in other languages/cultures too; as far as I know, in the United States we have no such equivalent (unless someone can enlighten me)?
Of course I want my daughter to eat (or at least try to eat) what I've prepared for dinner, but she knows that she doesn't have to "clean her plate" and stuff herself until she is more than full.

Who is Paul? I meant Michael of course...too many distractions (from said daughter!) in the home office tonight.

Here's a link to Hulu with the episode if you can't catch it on tv. (Disclaimer: I wasn't able to view it because I'm at work, but this ought to be it.)

This is the correct hulu link, but Michael Pollan doesn't come on until after the third ad. Too short to do the topic justice, if you ask me, but maybe the attention span of this audience is short and maybe it's a new audience for this message. You can't always preach to the choir if you wish to spread the word.
